Quotes are not updating

Confirm that your device is online, then reopen Stock Balloons. The app may display a cached quote when Yahoo Finance is unavailable or a recent quote cannot be retrieved.

A ticker cannot be found

Check the symbol and exchange format. Availability depends on the symbols and history provided by Yahoo Finance, and some securities may not be supported.

My investment return looks wrong

Open the stock, review its purchase price and purchase date, and correct either value if needed. Stock Balloons does not connect to your brokerage, so these values are entered manually.

Remove a stock or app data

Remove an individual stock from your watchlist using the app’s controls. To remove all locally stored Stock Balloons data, delete the app from your device.
