This support address is the contact point for Photo Rank users.

Photo Rank lets you select photos from your own photo library, compare them, and organize rankings on your device. No account or login is required.

Photo library access: Photo Rank only works with the photos you choose or authorize through iOS.
Local processing: Photos and ranking data stay on your device and are not uploaded to Photo Rank servers.
Sharing: Content leaves the app only if you explicitly use the standard iOS share sheet and choose a destination.
Deleting data: You can delete ranking data by removing sets in the app, or remove all app data by deleting the app.

If photos are not available in the app, review Photo Rank photo permissions in the iOS Settings app.
If rankings or sets no longer reflect what you expect, reopen the app and verify the selected photo set.
If you need additional help, email support-app@curalytics.com with a short description of the issue.
